Welcome to our apartments in vienna
Our House
In this building we have 6 apartments. They are newly renovated and fully equipped.
We have 3 different apartment types:
1x Apartment A - for 2 adults
4x Apartment A for 3 adults+ 1 child
1x Apartment Typ B for 4 adults
Due to the large windows the apartments are very light. All windows have been resealed to prevent noise from outside bothering you during your stay.
The kitchens are fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots and many appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc..
In the bathroom there is a hair dryer and a heated towel rail.
WiFi, as well as additional wired internet is available all throughout the apartment.
Towels and bedlinen will be prepared for you.
All of our apartments are non-smoking units.
Surroundings
Food
Right around the corner, Hellwagstrasse crosses Dresdner Strasse, a large main street with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants you can reach within a few minutes' of walking.
Entertainment
The shopping center Brigitta-Passage is very close.
Milleniumcity, a larger shopping and entertainment center, is just one stop with U6 away (Handelskai) and can be seen from the apartments.
You can also get to the Danube very quickly. It's just two stops away (Neue Donau).

Self-Check-In
You can enter the apartments with a key card. There will be an envelope waiting for you in the safe next to the entrance. That means no waiting at a reception for you. You will receive the code for the safe after completing a booking.
Public transport
The apartments have excellent public transport links. You can reach the underground U6 and tram 2 station Dresdnerstraße in a few minutes. The bus stop of 5A is right outside the front door.
It takes only 15minutes to get to the center.
There is also a train, which goes directly to the airport. It's only a few blocks away (Traisengasse).
So you can easily get everywhere.
